Prior to Closed Loop Partners, Danielle worked on clean energy project finance activities with Invex Infraestructura and Queensland Investment Corporation. Prior to this, she worked with NewWorld Capital Group on a range of growth equity and project finance related activities across environmental opportunities, including clean energy, energy efficiency, waste-to-value, water resources and reclamation, and environmental services.

Danielle earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business where she led the GSB Impact Fund, an early stage investing platform for impact-driven companies. Danielle earned her BA from Pomona College.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Jennifer spent the last ten years managing emerging market debt portfolios across both the public and private markets. Her responsibilities spanned across the deal cycle and included fundraising for private debt vehicles. She began her career in New York City at Merrill Lynch focused on business development and proprietary M&A.

In more recent years, Jennifer has held executive positions at organizations focused on impact investing and sustainable finance.

Jennifer graduated with her B.S. degree in Business Management from Binghamton University.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Jackson worked at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, a $90bn investment management firm, as a Senior Investment Manager, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new middle market buyout, growth equity, and venture capital investment opportunities. He led and developed multiple new investment themes for the firm, including waste management and the circular economy. Prior to that, he spent several years at J.P. Morgan in their Financial Sponsors Group and Chase Capital where he was responsible for executing and managing leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, structured debt and equity, carve-outs, recapitalizations, and IPO transactions.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.”

Erik is a CPA with over 23 years of public accounting experience and four years in government accounting working at the United Stated Embassy Association in Israel. Erik holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.

He is active in his community as a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT and recently retired from the US Air Force Reserve after 21 years of service.

Kim has held leadership roles in the tech, retail and e-commerce industries at both startups and large organizations.

Prior to her time running her own business as a strategy and operations consultant, Kim was the VP of Operations at Rent the Runway, leading the company’s investment strategies in scaling the Fashion and Inventory organization and initiating transformative change across multiple departments. After seeing the growing business opportunity and amount of waste generated by decommissioned clothing, Kim was instrumental in ideating, identifying partners for, and then launching their resale business model.

Kim began her career in retail at Bloomingdale’s as a merchant and inventory planner. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Brown University.

Prior to joining the Closed Loop Partners team, Alicia served as Executive Assistant to C level executives at YipitData, Advanced Generation & Efficiency, Healthy Planet Partners, and Recyclebank. Earlier in her career, Alicia worked in a variety of backstage roles in Broadway and off-Broadway theaters, and as an actor for three seasons at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Alicia has BFA in Theatre from Southern Oregon University.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys reading, archery, backpacking, winter mountaineering and trail work. Alicia has been a volunteer Team Leader with the Jolly Rovers Trail Crew, a 501c3 specializing in technical stone construction, for over a decade.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Daniel spent five years in corporate sustainability consulting. At CodeGreen Solutions, he led sustainability and energy management strategies for some of the largest real estate owners and operators throughout the United States. While at Context Group, Daniel worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients, developing industry-leading content strategies and aligning sustainability practices with corporate priorities. Prior to entering the private sector, Daniel spent four years as a project manager at the Clinton Foundation’s Climate Initiative.

Daniel holds a MA in International Affairs and Urbanization from the New School University and a BA from McGill University.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys exploring the architectural marvels and great public spaces of NYC with his wife and young daughter. He is an avid basketball fan, and when not playing in his NYC rec league, he is cheering on the Toronto Raptors, much to the chagrin of local Knicks and Nets fans.

Carolina previously worked at Procter and Gamble (P&G) where she had roles in Innovation Management, Packaging and Product Innovation, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. During the launch of one of her favorite projects, the Head & Shoulders bottle made of ocean plastic, she realized that her personal passion for Sustainability and her business background could be combined to develop new circular solutions.

Carolina was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures with her family, plays tennis, practices yoga and teaches meditation.

Paula has worked across sectors and along the supply chain in various operations and marketing roles. She began her career in water policy and later launched a startup that upcycled textile waste and employed women coming home from prison. Before joining Closed Loop Partners, she worked in operations and sourcing roles for brands including Nike, Amazon, and Starbucks.

Paula received her B.A. in Consumer Behavior from Cal Berkeley and her MBA and MS from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and School for Environment and Sustainability.

Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Sarah worked for Arborview Capital, a PE/VC that invests in companies building a more sustainable future. Before, Sarah spent four years with Deloitte Consulting leading strategy and analytics projects for federal agencies, non-profits, and higher education institutions. At Deloitte, Sarah was selected to join Deloitte Global’s Corporate Social Responsibility team to develop and launch the firm’s 2030 impact strategy.

Sarah received her BA in Public Policy and International Affairs from Princeton University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
