Meredith Vass is the Director of People & Talent. She is responsible for recruiting talent while providing a stellar candidate experience and building an equitable, inclusive work environment.
She also manages People strategy and HR administration aimed at supporting employees through their career trajectory at Closed Loop Partners.
For the past decade, she has worked at early-stage start-ups in the tech space, building teams, systems and processes to scale business. Prior to Closed Loop Partners, she worked at PointCard, a Series A fintech and prior to that Revel Transit, an electric vehicle sharing service.
