Jackson Pei
Jackson co-heads Closed Loop Partners’ private equity platform, the Closed Loop Leadership Fund. He leads the investment team in all aspects of the deal process including deal sourcing, execution, due diligence, value creation, portfolio management, and realizations. Throughout his career he has extensive experience in corporate finance and deal execution with private equity firms and global organizations.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Jackson worked at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, a $90bn investment management firm, as a Senior Investment Manager, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new middle market buyout, growth equity, and venture capital investment opportunities. He led and developed multiple new investment themes for the firm, including waste management and the circular economy. Prior to that, he spent several years at J.P. Morgan in their Financial Sponsors Group and Chase Capital where he was responsible for executing and managing leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, structured debt and equity, carve-outs, recapitalizations, and IPO transactions.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.”
