Akshatha Bhat
Associate | Catalytic Private Credit
Akshatha is an Associate with Closed Loop Partners’ Infrastructure Group, where she works across the firm’s private credit and catalytic capital strategies to help finance recycling and circular economy projects and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Closed Loop Partners, Akshatha spent over three years as an investor at Moonrise Capital, where she invested in a mix of technology venture capital funds and late venture- and growth-stage companies. She started her career as a management consultant working with financial services clients in New York City on engagements related to revenue growth, product, pricing and marketing.
She is the New York co-Chair of Women in Climate Investing & Finance (WICIF).
Akshatha holds a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is a 2023 Clean Energy Leadership Institute Fellow.
