Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 salary + discretionary bonus (compensation commensurate with experience)

Role
Closed Loop Capital Management is seeking an organized, proactive Partnerships Associate to maintain our pipeline and help deepen existing relationships with Closed Loop Capital Management corporate partners, investors, and stakeholders across the Closed Loop Partners platform, including the firm’s innovation center and operating group.
Responsibilities
- Support Managing Director with fundraising and business development by tracking relationships and pipeline, organizing webinars and building bespoke investor presentation materials
- Project management across administrative and relationship development workstreams, including internal and external stakeholders
- Help develop high-quality presentation materials, including pitch decks and proposals
- Support Partnerships and Investor Relations team in the creation of multi-media messaging, content development and overall storytelling on behalf of Corporate Partners, Investors, and firmwide stakeholders
- Work closely with investor relations and communications teams to analyze industry objectives and trends and to articulate from across the Closed Loop Partners platform for new and existing investors, clients, and stakeholders and corporate partners
- Coordinate with internal team and compliance to review and approve investor presentations
- Support business development including ongoing relationship servicing and cultivation of business partnership opportunities with corporate partners (clients, investors, and prospective partners) to achieve firmwide goals
- Help manage, maintain and optimize CRM systems
Qualifications
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; able to quickly pick up various digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, shared docs, etc.)
- High emotional intelligence, able to work well with busy cross-functional team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Skilled at problem solving, conceptual thinking and idea development
- Ability to distill complex information into clear messages
- Efficient and effective execution ability, able to work iteratively and turn-around high-quality materials and work products in a timely manner
- Highest integrity and understanding of compliance and risk management practices
- Strong interest in sustainability and the circular economy
